My favorite when I can't make my own

The flavor is good, but it needs to be thicker. I don't like when I get the watery accumulation under my pasta. Thicker is better.

Jersey Italian Gravy original

This is the most delicious sauce EVER! This sauce tastes like the sauce of my childhood where the sauce would be on the stove at 5am! My Mom would brown homemade meatballs, Italian sausage, and thick cuts spareribs, and all of that would be put in the sauce to finish cooking for the hours before dinner, which was about 5-6 hours! That is what the sauce tastes like! Hard to believe there is no meat in this sauce! It is amazing and I am on my second order of 6 jars! The first one I opened to taste test, ended up being half gone bc I kept tasting it! Trust me you will not be disappointed!
